The enterprises visited by the research group were mainly vortex spinning enterprises, with about 1.3 million ingot converted ring spinning, mainly producing polyester, viscose and polyester viscose blended yarns, and a small part of differentiated yarns such as Modal, cationic, bamboo fiber and flame retardant fiber, with the number of products between 10-60s.The main market is mainly in Zhejiang and Guangdong, and some products are exported to Europe.
According to the enterprise introduction, the current eddy spinning market overall good.Due to the impact of the epidemic, the market was poor from March to May this year. Since May, the market has started to improve, and recently the market has fallen back.The production opening rate of enterprises basically reached 100%, and the product inventory was relatively small. However, some enterprises reported that the yarn price dropped and the profit margin was low due to the recent decline in the market.
Visiting businesses generally reflect, highly educated talents with professional textile is hard to find, is a big problem facing the current enterprise, enterprise in production management, product research and development, quality control, etc., all need highly educated professionals, but these highly educated talents are often more inclined to go to big city development, factory is very difficult to retain talent.At present, the enterprise is exploring cooperation with textile colleges and universities, through a variety of conditions to attract more highly educated professionals to the enterprise employment.
As for the future market forecast, the enterprises said that although they are not optimistic about the market in the short term, they are still confident about the long-term development. Some of them have made investments in Sichuan, Xinjiang and other places, and established plans to increase production capacity year by year.

This visit to the enterprises involved in cotton spinning, filament weaving, knitting, clothing and other fields, covering the spinning capacity of more than 1.2 million ingots, products mainly pure cotton yarn.Enterprises generally reported that enterprises destocking effect was obvious in the first three weeks of October, slowed down in the fourth week, and began to fade after November.Visit enterprise customers are mostly old customers accumulated for many years, with high adhesion of cooperation between each other, so the sales situation is relatively stable.
Raw materials are mainly pure cotton, including cotton reserves, imported cotton and other sources, inventory levels from one month to three months.The products are mainly pure cotton yarns, with the yarn count ranging from 10-60. When the sales situation is good, the products are mainly produced by orders. In the off-season, the products are converted to conventional varieties.
In terms of employment, Henan is a populous province with abundant labor resources, but it is also faced with the problems of aging employees and shortage of skilled talents. Some enterprises reported that the enrollment of students in colleges and universities this year was significantly lower than in previous years.During the investigation period, some enterprises are carrying on the operation competition, which shows the importance to the operation level and product quality.
In terms of cost, the average monthly salary in the area visited is about 4000 yuan/m2. Under constant technical upgrading and equipment updating, about 30 people are employed in 10,000 ingots.Electricity charges are priced at the peak and trough of the wave, averaging about 0.6 yuan/KWH.
According to Yuan Jianlong, executive chairman of Henan Textile Industry Association, the transformation and upgrading of cotton textile enterprises in Henan province has achieved obvious results. Large enterprises adopt the policy of high production cost allocation, small enterprises take the road of differentiated development, and give play to their respective advantages to gain a place in the market.
For future market development, enterprises generally take a cautious attitude, especially in cotton procurement, follow the market trend, on the basis of production, to buy at a low price and wait and see at a high price.
